Agreement

By purchasing to be a membership account in SpyPro.io or Tools.SpyPro.io (“SpyPro tools”) you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

SpyPro reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current SpyPro, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the SpyPro tools after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account. You agree to use the SpyPro Tools at your own risk.

Account Terms

- You must be 18 years or older to be part of this Tools.
- You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
- You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the checkout process.
- Your login may only be used by one person - a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. SpyPro cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
- You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.
- You may not share data from SpyPro Tools for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
- You may not able to public data content from SpyPro Tools to Facebook or any social channel.
- You are able to re-sell your account but require to contact SpyPro support team for permission here https://www.facebook.com/groups/spyproio

Refund terms

Once you have purchased our service as a virtual item for using data from SpyPro Tools, our all data content are open under your logged account information.
So there is no refund option for any case.

Disclaimers

All data (facebook post, Facebook page, Etsy products, may include your posts on Facebook or products on Etsy) was stored in SpyPro Tools are public content from Facebook or Etsy. We do have all permission to collect these data (may include your posts on Facebook or products on Etsy) via its API connection.

All data(facebook post, Facebook page, Etsy products) from SpyPro Tools as a reference content, we’re no re-sell any real products inside the tools.

Independent Investigation

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
